The modern generation, using achievements in the field of information technologies, can substantially improve the situation in the nature and society, in case it would provide everybody the possibilities to get qualitative, one may say, elite education and training. It is only the elite level education contemplates the possibility to learn from the best teachers and lecturers by individual programs which are composed taking into consideration the capabilities and wishes of the person taught, which provides for on individual approach to choose the régime and workloads – convenient time, speed, and the material depth of presentation, - all these elements managed individually by the person taught.
Precisely such possibilities are suggested to be added to the existing education system, and for these purposes, to develop the Social Educating System (SES!) and to present it via the Internet. The System would make use of video materials showing the classes conducted by professional, systemized on the basis of the conceptual model and placed in the united integral base of knowledge presentations.
Every generation of people builds up its future – brings up their children and, in the processes of upbringing and education, passes over the knowledge and erudition which have been accumulated and stored in the course of mankind long history.
Upbringing transfers knowledge and understanding of living in the society, forms and shapes behavior and habits, dreams and aspirations, determines cultural and spiritual values.
Education presents and forms knowledge ensuring existing possibilities and abilities to work, to realize everything well-planned and all professional qualities.
Well brought-up and educated person is the creator, the constructor and the builder of the world, and, at the same time, not brought-up but educated person is the destructor, the plunderer equipped with knowledge and ready to reach the goals by any means.
Well brought-up and not educated person is a passive consumer not able to be aggressive, but not brought-up and not educated – is an aggressive consumer.
It follows from above, that lack of education is less dangerous than ill-breeding. The lack of proper bringing-up is equal to absence of immunity from social diseases around – the virus that infects, spoils and destroys citizens, thus contrpositioning them to the society. Criminality, drugs, ecology destruction – these are the result of insufficient upbringing. The Norway Tragedy confirms the above situation.

I have a clear understanding that, as any novelty, this idea and the Project will, during the first period, lead to some uncomfortable situation for the present attitudes in the society. Anyway, we suggest everybody to evaluate the existing problems and to picture out that society one would prefer to live tomorrow.
Road to Knowledge is the road and the way leading to the Clever, Up brought and Happy Tomorrow.
I hope there will be people who will like the Idea, who will have enough strength and bravery to create and develop the life foundation of the new generation system, responsibilities not to destroy the basis – the scale of life values of previous generations.

The main reason causing the majority of the society problems on the Earth is insufficient level of upbringing and education. From this position, it is possible to explain the emergence of destructive forces with inhuman thinking, the ecology destruction, criminality, wars, shortage of foodstuffs and natural resources. We anticipate that people, who have not been taught everything necessary during their childhood, will behave as brought up and educated persons. Is this reasonable? The people’s behaviors are adequate to that understanding of life which they get in the environment they inhabit.
The guardian of the human values is the people. Its wisdom and life experiences deserves respect and attention.
You and we remember complex times, opinions and expectations of people who have gone through the Second War serious testing for surviving. We remember the elder generation people attitude to labor, education, the labor results and to spiritual values.
